Field Reports · Numbers honest

The results we keep
are the boring ones.

What follows are composite case studies, shared with permission, of clients in their first Glow & Grow block. Names are changed. Numbers are not. The reason there are no before/afters: we're not selling photographs.

Case 001
Maria · 38 · Teacher · Mother of two

From 'too tired to even think about a workout' to an 8-rep PR at 5:47 a.m. in ten weeks.

  1. Week 1

Rolls eyes on Zoom. Agrees to 24 oz of water before coffee. That's the entire homework.

  2. Week 3

Texts at 6:14 a.m.: 'I don't know why this stupid water thing is making me feel more in control of my life but it is.'

  3. Week 5

Stack week. Hardest week of the program statistically. We hold the line.

  4. Week 7

Sends sunrise photo from driveway. Walks before the school run are her favorite part of the day.

  5. Week 10

5:47 a.m. text: 'I just did 8 reps at the weight I couldn't do 3 of in October. I'm crying in my car.'

Case 002
Renee · 47 · Returning to fitness · Two grown kids

Came in mid-perimenopause convinced her body had stopped responding. Twelve weeks later she stopped saying that.

  1. Week 1

Audit reveals: skipping breakfast, coffee on empty, dinner protein at 22 g. We don't fix it — we anchor it. One glass of water before coffee.

  2. Week 4

Protein floor at breakfast lands. Energy at 3 p.m. flattens out within five days. She notices first.

  3. Week 8

Adds two strength sessions per week. Says the weights feel 'familiar in a way I didn't expect.'

  4. Week 12

Books a second 12-week block. Wants to open Loop 3 properly. Composition is a side effect by now.

Case 003
Adriana · 33 · Postpartum · 7-month-old at home

Returned to movement six months postpartum without a single 'bounce back' message in the channel. On purpose.

  1. Week 1

Whole intake call done one-handed while baby naps on her chest. We honor it. Loop 1 anchor: water + a five-minute mobility flow.

  2. Week 5

Adds a 20-minute window four mornings a week — half strength, half stroller walk. The plan is the window, not the workout.

  3. Week 11

First real lift session in 14 months. Cries afterward. Texts: 'I'm not getting my body back. I'm getting a new one.'

  4. Week 16

Graduates Loop 2. Moves into a maintenance rhythm she designed with me. Still in the channel, lighter touch.

Loose quotes

What clients actually text me.

I haven't said 'I'll start Monday' in four months. That sentence is just gone.
You didn't fix my macros. You fixed the part of me that thought I'd fail again.
My kids are watching the woman I'm becoming. That's the inheritance.

The next case file is yours, if you want it.
