Five ways in.
One method underneath all of them.
Every service runs on The Glow & Grow System. Pick the format that fits your life. Pricing is intentionally not listed — fit comes before number.
The Glow & Grow System
12-week mindset-first transformation. Three loops, in order, never skipped.
This is the full methodology. Every other service is a slice of it. We run the three nested loops over twelve weeks: The Anchor (one tiny morning habit, three weeks of rehearsal), The Stack (protein floor, a 20-minute movement window four mornings a week, a two-minute nightly review), and The Glow (macros, periodization, body composition opened only after the first two are automatic).
Includes: weekly 30-minute coaching calls, daily voice-note access for the first 21 days, a custom kitchen audit, a movement window I design around your real schedule, and the Reprogramming Journal — a guided notebook for the mindset rehearsal that keeps Loop 1 honest. You finish with a habit stack you don't need me to maintain.
Best for: anyone who has started over more than twice and is done with that pattern. Especially good for moms, returning-to-fitness clients, and busy professionals who don't want a trainer who screams.
Nutrition Planning
Custom, real-life nutrition built for the worst Tuesday of your month — not the best Saturday.
Nutrition planning here is not a PDF. It's a working agreement built around your actual kitchen, your actual budget, and your actual family. We start with a full audit: what's in your fridge, what you cook on a normal week, what your kids will and won't eat, what your protein floor needs to be. Then we build a plan around that, not against it.
You get a weekly meal framework (not a rigid daily prescription), a protein and fiber floor that's non-negotiable, a hydration anchor, and a small list of swaps for your top three weak-spot moments (afternoon crash, post-dinner sugar pull, weekend drift). We do not count individual macros until you tell me you want to. Many clients never do, and they still get results.
Best for: clients who want sustainable food behavior, not a diet. If you want a calorie window, the Protocol Calculator on this site is a free starting point — and then this service is what turns those numbers into a life.
1-on-1 Personal Training
In-person training in Kissimmee, Florida. Built around your real body, not a generic template.
One-on-one personal training, in person, on a schedule that survives your actual week. Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes and built around progressive strength work, intentional mobility, and the kind of conditioning that makes climbing the stairs to your kids' room at 9 p.m. feel easier — not the kind that wrecks you for the next two days.
Every session starts with a one-minute check-in (sleep, stress, soreness) and ends with a one-minute set-up for the next one. You do not waste a session because your week was hard. The plan flexes. The standard does not. By month three you will have measurably more strength, more usable mobility, and a body that recovers faster than the one you walked in with.
Best for: Kissimmee-area clients who want hands-on coaching, form correction, and someone who will absolutely notice if you skip Tuesday.
Online Coaching
Full Glow & Grow methodology delivered remotely. Same loops, same standard.
Online coaching is the same three-loop system, delivered remotely, structured for clients outside Florida or with schedules that won't sit still. You get a weekly coaching call by video, daily check-ins through a private channel, a custom program in the app, and the same Reprogramming Journal the in-person clients use.
The version of accountability I run online is intentionally calm. I'm not going to spam you with motivational posters. I'm going to ask you what your anchor was on Tuesday, what got in the way on Thursday, and what we are moving forward. The relationship is the engine. The app is a tool.
Best for: clients anywhere in the world who want a coach who isn't going to recycle a template on them. Also great for past in-person clients who graduated and want lighter ongoing support.
Group Training
Small-group strength and conditioning. The mindset loops run quietly in the background.
Small-group sessions in Kissimmee — capped at six so I can still see your form, still call you out, still adjust your weight by feel. The programming is built so a beginner and an experienced lifter can run the same session at honest intensity for both.
Group training here is also where I introduce the mindset language without making it a workshop. The three-loop framework is woven through the cues, the warmups, and the cooldowns. By the end of an eight-week block, group clients are quietly running their own anchor habits without realizing they joined for the workouts and stayed for the rewrite.
Best for: friends, couples, mom groups, and small teams who want to train together without sacrificing the coaching standard.
Send me a sentence. I'll tell you honestly.
If none of these are right, I'll tell you that too. The point is fit, not signup.
