Acceptance. By using trainwithvaleria.com (this website) or engaging Train with Valeria as your coach, you agree to these terms.

Educational content. All content on this website — including blog posts, the Protocol Calculator, and methodology descriptions — is general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified medical provider before beginning any new nutrition or fitness program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a chronic condition, or recovering from injury.

The Protocol Calculator. Calorie and macro outputs are generated using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and standard activity multipliers. They are starting estimates. They are not a prescription.

Coaching services. Coaching is provided under a separate written agreement that supersedes these website terms for any conflicting provision. Results from coaching depend on the client's engagement and many factors outside our control — no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Refunds & cancellations. Refund and cancellation policies for paid coaching are stated in the coaching agreement you sign before starting.

Intellectual property. The Glow & Grow System name, methodology descriptions, written content, photographs, and design of this site are owned by Valeria Chavira. Personal, non-commercial reading is welcome; republication requires written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Train with Valeria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its content.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
